We share data only with service providers needed to run Echo (telephony, hosting, analytics) and only to the extent required to deliver the product. We do not sell customer conversation data.

Retention depends on your workspace settings. Admins can export or delete data where supported. For compliance-driven workflows, we can configure retention windows.
